6'7" 190 LBS, Skinny, Can not gain weight, Please Help!

yea no shit. there should be at least two lbs total of either chicken beef or a combo. you are not gonna gain off that diet. try eating eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. turkey for lunch. shakes are overated. eat as much steak and chicken as you can, if you want fast food its not a big deal with your build. just eat as many damn cals as you can. truss me i know how hard it is to gain with long arms and shit but your diet is really restricting you. you can go on any gear you want but if you keep eating that you won't grow no matter what roid you take
 
A tip on helping out your budget with lots of food:

Buy your eggs in crates (the big square boxes), and look out for the ground beef specials -- cheapest by the pound. Also, if you're up for it try making up a recipe for a high calorie shake, for when there's no time to cook. I like taking 1 can coconut milk, a banana, a couple scoops of whey protein, and maybe some milk or yoghurt. You can get a shake over 2000 calories in no time like this (and don't let people bother you about the myths of coconut being unhealthy -- check the studies, the stuff is awesome for your health). You'll just need to mess with it to fit your taste, but something like this can be pretty tasty after some tweaking :)

One more tip about water. You should almost "train" yourself to drink huge amounts of it at a time. Not only because you need to drink lots of water, but because it will stretch out your stomache and help you better handle big meals and shakes with ease.

Im 6'5" 245 and have to eat like 5000 cals to maintain,,, more to bulk. EAT what you can get your hands on that is meat//lowfat of course if poss. Protein shakes. EGGS,,MILK POtato.. AND LIFT HARD!! and test helps too :evil:

i just looked over your diet. You meals and eating program actually looks like my diet down when i am trying to lose fat and keep muscle to get real lean.

To under stand the body you must under stand this. Your body will store fat before it will build muscle becuase of its genetics for survival. So in order for you to start packing on muscle your gonna have to trick your body into thinking it already has some fat so now its time to use the extra calories to build muscle.Most people can not achieve mass amounts of muscle gains with out some extra unwanted fat thats just how the body works.

So i feel your goal should to be just to gain extra weight say maybe 20lbs of muscle and 20lbs of fat.So the next few years your gonna have to over eat and bulk up .Once you have achieved this then its time to start dieting down slowly to lose some of the unwanted body fat but at the same time having a high protien diet to keep from loseing the muscle mass you gained.

i know that is not what you want to hear and your afraid of gaining any "unwanted fat".the only other way to gain strictly muscle only on sucha low calorie diet is goning ot be consuming massive amounts of anabolics and androgens even then they wont be optimal untill you have a high caloric intake.

Another thing is this ask any big massive body builder that is now lean and tones i garantee they will tell you they had a bulking phase where they lifted heavy and ate everything insight and grew like a weed even around the waiste then used things such as eq winstrol and primo to maintain the muscle while they burned off the unwanted fat.So don't think of getting a little fat as bad just think of it as a phase and just part of the big picture.

I second this. You'll need to experiment with what diet works best for you sooner or later anyway... Some people (like me) respond very well to high-fat diets. You might just be one of them. Either way, you'll be bulking, so don't leave out those extra calories when it's not necessary. Not to mention stuff like egg yolks have lots of good vitamins in them you need; and contrary to common belief, ingested cholesterol does not impact on blood cholesterol. Eat those eggs whole man :verygood:
 
Hey guys, once again, thanks for all the responses! You guys are helping out alot!

I thought about a few more questioins thoughout the past 12 hours.

I understand I need to eat EVERYTHING but how many eggs is to many?

And I understand that inorder to gain mass i have to eat alot but being smalled boned, i mean small boned, my wrists are smaller than the average female and way smaller than any guys, will thoses fill in with the new diet or how can i improve that because that is the most embarrising thing right now!

also get yourself a really exspensive grill--lol it will make you love steak and chicken

I take 1000mcg shot daily, and ive never felt a boost in appetite or energy.. I think it depends on individual. I just use it to mix my suspension/winstrol shots! :)
