I was very thin before I started training, 150-155lbs my senior year in highschool. Im around 240 now, 5ft10in.. Anyone tall can still do low impact cardio for the heart, it doesnt need to be all out intense. He wont lose muscle tissue doing 1/2 hour sessions. He can ride the bike or even walk.. I prefer to do the eliptical. Ive been doing 45min sessions 4x/week.. Im a strong believer in keep the heart healthy, wether it be a light walk around the track, or walking stairs. But yes, I will agree with you, doing too much can be counter productive..but 1/2s, at low impact will be ok!
gotta agre with a little cardio being good for anyone!!!
what about b-12 to boost his appetite???
also get yourself a really exspensive grill--lol it will make you love steak and chicken

Don't you think he should build a bit of a base first before touching AAS ?

M18
Ihulk totally agrees with M18 ... he should dial-in the diet before touching AAS. Eat as much as you posssibly can stand. I'm talkin carrying around 3 sandwiches stacked with meat everyday to make sure you get your meals in plus 3 protien and carb loading shakes/day. Get in tons of proteins and carbs. YOU GOT TO EAT EVERY 2hrs and I'm not talkin small meals.

Once that diet is locked in and you've made some gains from just training and eating properly, the juice will come into play. Juice alone will NOT help you build keepable mass. Btw, how old are you bjdrummer00?

cardio has to do with getting your heart to a certain beat per minute to be benificial to your cardiovascular system. Not lifting one foot in front of another. People often misconstrue the meaning of cardiovascular.

brollies are always asking ihulk why the 3rd person....
the answer is: ihulk likes to distance himself, from myself, on EF... so to speak.

Alright good, How long have you been training in the gym?

Are you doing these excercices?
Squats
Deadlifts
leg press
Bench

These are mass building excercices.

Im 6'4 and currently 254lbs. My body wants to stay at about 220 naturally. It takes alot of cals and work. Its gonna be hard to put on size without putting on some fat. Also when you eat every two to three hours your body sees a surplus of food and turns up the metabolism. when you go on a diet and stop eating your body sees a big drop in food and tries to store energy [fat]. Its tricky. At 6foot 7 and thin fat shouldnt be a problem. As far as anabolics go thats an informed decision you need to make by reading up here on all the various compounds ect. Look up and read on post cycle recovery drugs and consider side effects ect. I would keep it as simple as possible if you do go that route. Good luck.

My diet:
8 eggs, 1 whole, 6 whites, oatmeal and wheat toast.
2 can of Tuna
Salad and Peanut butter
bran cereal and tuna
protein shake
some type of turkey/chicken sub
chicken, rice meal

It varies from there, but that is normall what I consume in a normal day.

I have not read everyones response yet but I'm sure they will agree. You say you can't gain, usually it's diet. From looking at what you eat, do you even need to ask?
