you're correct on the increased metabolism and increased poohing. I remember when I used to coke I had a lot of poohing going on then too....same with thermorexin. Not that thermorexin speeds you up to near the same level as coke......which is a good thing...I think....unless you want to do coke everyday....then I guesss you should just cut the crap and go buy some powder

I've been told mixing creatine with caffeine isnt a good idea but maybe people on here will tell you somethin else.
