6 week update

hey this is my six week update, and i wanted to know if you guys could give me a b\f estimation.

It seems like i cant stop dropping weight in that current pic im 169, 9/06 pic im 180, and the 6/06 im 198. I still bench 230. But my goal is to get a little more cut and maintain my weight no loss no gain, how do i go about doing that?

just to start... a good clean diet, high proteins, carbs for energy of course.. and what will help tremendously is a good program of heavy weights. ( 5x5) works really well for this.. 230 on the bench is in need of improving... and the heavier the weights the stronger you will get as well.. i started this about 2 years ago and it works well.. of course i supplemented a little with it too.. not giving you that advice, stay clean, keep a good high protein diet lots of water work out heavy with compound lifts and stay with it.5 days a week.. just a start but i promise you it will work. i have a great lifing program that i use ..pm me and i will be happy to share with you if you need one..
 
strange i thought your 6/06 pic was your AFTER pic. a little weight suits you. youre a young kid though maybe you want that abercrombit fitch look.

why do you look constipated in all the pics ? lol jk

anyway, I would keep eating clean and up the calories and protien !!! then stick to a good weght training program to build muscle mass :)

your young, it just takes time if you do it natural

I concur. stop cutting and start eating again :)
