week 1 - 100 mg Orange juice, 1 cup of Strawberry yogurt a day.
week 2 - 200 mg Orange juice, 2 cups of Strawberry yogurt a day.
week 3 - 300 mg Orange juice, 3 cups of Strawberry yogurt a day.
week 4 - 300 mg Orange juice, 4 cups of Strawberry yogurt a day.
week 5 - 200 mg Orange juice
week 6 - 100 mg Orange juice
week 7 - nothing
weeks 8 & 9 - post cycle therapy: 50 mg og Grape juice a day, frontload @ 150 mg first 3 days.
This will be my first cycle, and my friend gained 17 lbs off of it. Kept 15 lbs.
I 've read about a similar cycle before, but couldn't find it through the search..
