I have read all the madcow posts etc and now became an adept of the 5x5 DF training scheme.
So just out of interest: which deloading scheme do you use?
a) 3x a week as demonstrated by Madcow
b) the alternative 2x a week
Also post if you are juicing, bulking etc when mentioning your deloading method
