Hey guys. Quick question. Next week I will be starting the 5x5 training program. My question is on the Wednesday workout. It calls for:
Squat 4x5
Standing shoulder press 4x5
Deadlift 4x5
Accessory work- maybe some inclines, shrugs, abs
Unlike the M/F workout, there is no standard way to increase the weight from week to week. So I guess that's what I wanted to know. And should I go to my 5rm on the shoulder press and deadlift? Should I increase the weight from week to week? Thanks for the advice guys.
