5x5 Wednesday Workout

Hey guys. Quick question. Next week I will be starting the 5x5 training program. My question is on the Wednesday workout. It calls for:
Squat 4x5
Standing shoulder press 4x5
Deadlift 4x5
Accessory work- maybe some inclines, shrugs, abs
Unlike the M/F workout, there is no standard way to increase the weight from week to week. So I guess that's what I wanted to know. And should I go to my 5rm on the shoulder press and deadlift? Should I increase the weight from week to week? Thanks for the advice guys.
 
I would always try increasing the weight, until the time comes when you plateu but that won't be for awhile. The deadlift tends to be extremely taxing, so once a week should be sufficient. Like the other movements, choose a modest weight so that you can rip through your PR with some momentum in 4-5 weeks.

I don't see any reason to use the same weight for anything. You should be either deloading (decreasing weight - 1 step back to go 2 steps forward), or increasing the weight (or reps).

Are you doing the single factor or dual factor?

If it's single factor NO WHERE does it say to do "inclines" or shrugs. Why would you do shrugs when you're doing heavy deads?

The only accessory work for Wed is 3 sets of weighted chins and weighted sit ups...

For increasing the weight you smply add weight every week, 2.5% to the top set for military press and deads. Download madcows spread sheet, it does all the calculations for you.
