cubuff27 said:No need to do any DB curls...Do a 5x5 of close grip pull up once a week and that is all you need....don't futz too much with the routine. Stick with the basics, once you can stand on the scale at around 230lbs and need some work in your biceps then you can start throwing in Bodybuilding isolation exercises in there.
