5x5 questions

Hey I was just wondering if anybody knew where I could find the original post for needsize's 5x5. Also if someone could give me a sample 5x5 program that would be cool. Thanks
 
ya know, i searched that before and couldn't find it, although it might be in there. so as casualbb said, take a look.

someone ended up finding it and gave it to me in a thread about 2 months ago. you can check my training journal and find it there, as it's pretty damn close to needsize's. there's a few minor differences, but not much. also, the way he had his set up was Day 1 - Arms, Day 2 - Legs and Static Holds for ABS, Day 3 and 4 - Rest, Day 5 - Chest/Calves, Day 6 - Back/Shoulders, Day 7 - Rest.

thanks for the replies guys. I just started it and am loving it :) . One questions though, could i just do a continuous 2 days training 1 day off? Or is it necessary to have 2 days off for weekend? Thanks for your help again.
