5x5 question

For someone who's done the bill starr program a few times, (i've done it 2 times already, 1st time fed up real bad, 2nd time went to the Pure Deload way(working 2 times a week). I was just wondering when should I try to go to Option 1: Deload and Peak 3x3? How many times do you say someone should run the Option 2: Pure Deload until going to option 1 without any previous experience with dual factor?
 
You don't ever have to do the "pure" deload. Just make sure the 3x a week deload is done right, don't over do it?

so, next time i run this, i should do 5x5 like it says, then deload properly, a week or two? then go into 3x3 for 3 workouts a week, 4 weeks?

I am pretty sure that that is what he is saying. Its what I was thinking anyway.
