For someone who's done the bill starr program a few times, (i've done it 2 times already, 1st time fed up real bad, 2nd time went to the Pure Deload way(working 2 times a week). I was just wondering when should I try to go to Option 1: Deload and Peak 3x3? How many times do you say someone should run the Option 2: Pure Deload until going to option 1 without any previous experience with dual factor?
