5x5 not working

So I started my 5x5 this week and I don't feel anything, and I'm not any bigger. What's wrong?

I talked to my BF and he said to eat more spam (lots of protein) and in order for it to work better I will add in some side lateral raises, 5 sets of cable curls on monday and friday, and some cable tricep pull downs on wednesday.

If that doesn't work I will go back to my old workout of every body part 1x per week, I know that works, it got me so strong and cut.

Then I'll do a cutting cycle.
 
what i'd strongly recommend is to up your protein intake. get some protein shakes from your BF: he'll be only too happy to let you blow him. 2 wks of that and your on the road to becoming the next mr. O :)

See that's the thing, I've already upped my protein intake at the start of the week. I get the extra protein from my BF twice a day, we call it his protein dispenser (our cute little name for it). But it's still not working.

i hate to encourage adultery but you have to know what your priorities are. i understand you want with all your heart to be the next mr O. so you are going to have to cheat on your BF. go out and make some new BFs on the sly - you could do with the extra protein.

That won't be a problem, he's my BF but I don't care, I'm addicted to the man ass so much I just can't get enough.

Why do you think I put my pics on that website and started posting here putting the link in every thread I make? I need as much man ass as I can get. If anyone is interested in helping me get more protein send me a PM.

I will do what ever it takes to be the next mister O. Then I will do some cutting.
