So I started my 5x5 this week and I don't feel anything, and I'm not any bigger. What's wrong?
I talked to my BF and he said to eat more spam (lots of protein) and in order for it to work better I will add in some side lateral raises, 5 sets of cable curls on monday and friday, and some cable tricep pull downs on wednesday.
If that doesn't work I will go back to my old workout of every body part 1x per week, I know that works, it got me so strong and cut.
Then I'll do a cutting cycle.
