My tricep day looks like:
Weighted Dips 5x5
Closegrip 2x10-12
Incline Skulls 2x10-12
The problem is my gym only has db's that go up to 135lbs. Yesterday I used 135lbs for my weighted dips and did all 5 sets sucsessfully. I don't know what would be the best thing for me to do next week. At first I was thinking about switching it so closegrip is my 5x5 and dips are my auxillary, but I really prefer dips over closegrip and don't want to change it. Instead of upping the weight should I just up the reps(next week do 135X6)? If so should I still do 5 sets or drop the sets down if I'm going to be upping the reps? It really sucks.
