Eased my way back into the gym today after a few days off
20 min good pace on bike
Rear delt flys
2 sets 60 reps with 7.5s
2 sets 12 reps 30s
Seated rear delt flys on pec dec
115 x 12 drop set 75x12 45x failure
^ 2 sets^
Leg press
3 plates side x30x30
5 plates sidex15x13
Seated hammy curls.
100x15x15x13 ( quick sets these hurt)
One 3 minute plank
Workout was short but I was sweating like crazy had to let my body know to prepare itself. I still have 2 days off left I will be in McMurray Chillen may have a couple double workouts

Pleased to announce all my bloods came back in range about a week ago.. Been off for a while I'm happy to say I have started something exciting to me.
Weeks 1-unforeseeable future tb500 2mg/month
1-12 sust 350 1 ml every 5 days ( 525 a week?)
Tren e 200 mg every 5 days(
1-8 .. Maybe 12 Anavar 40 mg/day
Need 2 guard all cycle
Unleashed all cycle
Adex ..5 mg eod and will adjust accordingly
Ostarine 1-12 -8 mg day ( joint support)
Cabaser .25 mg twice a week
I also have proviron.. Should I use it??? 50 mg /day maybe?
Hcg mid and end of cycle
Pct will be clomid unleashed post cycle ..

Sust and tren are both new to me . My training will not change will keep cardio up to par always. This is a bigger cycle for me but I think I will enjoy it, it's the most test I've run so far. Goals are to be jacked lol and athletic , look good naked while being strong and fast I guess... I'm just being honest !

Must be placebo maybe not but what a savage workout . I have been eating alot lately my appetite is growing again so maybe that's why
5 am ran 6 flights of stairs
5 pm ( back in the Mac)
Worked out with girl
15 minute run around track mixed with sprints boy these felt good
10 min stationary bike
Bench 5x5
135x 20(warm up)
225x5
245x5
265x5
270x5 !!
She did very well too
Dumbell rows
80x12x12
100x5x5
100x10x10( said fuck it weights don't go any higher)
Close grip pull downs( reverse grip emphasis on bis)
120x20

160x12
180x8 ( pr I think)

75x15x12 ( solid pump bar was rubbing my dong she was helping me on the last few reps I was sporting a chub lol) well half chub
That's all but it was a real good workout through and through and I felt very strong. On a shitty note I got a ticket on the way up here that sucked.. 112 in an 80 = 300 bones... Fuckin highway speed changes from 100-80 for a hidden km what a greasy bastard.
That is all.
Tomorrow I will kill it Twice.
