Hey guys on the 5x5 linear program how light of a day is wednsday..... 10-20 % off 5 RM? I've been progressing pretty fast and am not slowing down at all. I've been just doing wedsday lifts the same as Monday and then ramping up the weights on Friday. Also are you squating all 3 days? Is this fine or will I burnout? Been on the program of about a month now. Thanks
