5x5 and 2x8-10 correct tempo's ---> ???

hi there,

i have a quick question for u: what are the correct "tempo's" (time to lower/push the weights) for both 5x5 and 2x8-10 excercises?
i was thinking...
3-0-1 for 5x5
and
2-0-1 for 2x8-10
or, for the 5x5 it is just important to keep the movement controlled without gettin mad counting seconds?

thank u!

You're worrying about minor details too much. Lift slow and steady.

u probably right!
actually, today, after this thread, i went to the gym and did my firs 5x5 workout that was very good! i really felt it! just lifted weights "under control" that i think made this training GREAT!
thanks

I just use clean reps and don't worry about tempo. It's harder to do tempo when your adding 5 pounds each week and giving it all you got. Tempo to me is for lighter weights that you can really give a ton of focus and time to.
