+1. What happened to simple cycles like this? I have been here for a long time and aside from the freaks doing ridiculous cycles (nothing wrong with it at that level), most of the time it seems like people do just as well with a small dose of test and an anabolic as others do with large complex exotic stacks. Keep it simple and let the diet and training be the deciding factor is always what I would recommend.

I found this true myself. I can make good gains if I push myself hard and everything is in check. With low dose test alone. Nomblowing up 20 lbs or anything but the gains are much more keepable.
 
i have a 50mL vial of test e just sittin around. i got a PT recently to push me harder in the gym. Ive done 6 cycles already and have tried almost all of them out there. I figured, what the hell? ill do a little 10 week popper at 500mg/wk. ive never done just test only. calories will be increasing like a mother because its just that time for us bros of the year. not for our periods, but for the bulking season or turning into werewolves or whatever. anyway. what kind of gains should i expect from a test only cycle at 500 mg/wk? My trainer feels im extremely stong for my size, but the problem is muscular endurance. The goals is to seriously increase the weights i am lifting while at the same time build endurance.

If you are doing endurance training I would not expect huge size gains bro. Still how much you gain is all up in the air bro. With the right diet and even endurance training with some added heavy lifting you can get a good 10lbs though I hate putting a label on a cycle like that.
