5 days into first cycle

hey guys, been a while since i posted, lost my internet connect for a while.

Well, I started my first cycle last tuesday. been on my 30 mgs dbol ed. starting my test phenylprop shots on monday. I'm working out 4 days a week, so far i feel great, everything feels tighter and i can feel my muscles growing. No wieght gain yet, but I feel it coming.

Also started my new mass diet last monday. Check it out:

Meal 1 - 10 egg whites, 2 pieces whole grain toast with polamer all fruit jam. meso-tech bar.

Meal 2 - Protien Shake

Meal 3 - 8 oz. ham, 3 cups brown rice

Meal 4 - Protien Shake

Meal 5 - 1 can Tunafish, 1 Large Baked Potato

Meal 6 - 8 oz. steak, 1 cup pasta w/ canola oil.

Meal 7 - Protien Shake

Hell yeah guys, I should grow like a damn weed, hoping to put on 25 solid pounds in 8 weeks.
 
your diet looks good except u dont have any fat in it, fat is necessary when u want to gain muscle. The only good source of fat i see is from the steak. throw in 2 more whole eggs for breakfast and peanut butter into those protien shakes. u need some source of fat with every meal.
 
Sounds good buddy! Get some Flax seed into that diet and you will be golden. Keep us posted on your cycle
