5 bench workouts left until .....comp

5 bench workouts left until.. .comp Changes need to be made?

I have 5 bench days left unitl I take a week off and then do the raw bench press competition on Nov 22nd.

How should I differ my training from now until then?
I train modified shirtless MM style.

Should I change the rep range to singles and the # of boards.

Off base here Parab, but are you going to drop 3 lift training until the comp ?

If you drop the leg stuff, what about back training ?

I strained my lwr back again so I can only do light (if any) squat /dead work.

I can't squat or do gm's for the time being. But I can do rows and pulldowns, etc.. I still get pain from it but no where near the pain of squating or goodmornings, etc... I just have to adjust the workouts so that I do the most lwr back taxing work last.
