5 bench workouts left until.. .comp Changes need to be made?
I have 5 bench days left unitl I take a week off and then do the raw bench press competition on Nov 22nd.
How should I differ my training from now until then?
I train modified shirtless MM style.
Should I change the rep range to singles and the # of boards.
