Been 4years since I
have lifted,I just got the opurtunity to
to assemble a homegym in my garage
along with my free gym membership that
My employer pays for I hopin to blow
Up again...,,,,,,,
I weighed 230lbs. at my peak with 18"
arms.
Gonna get my body used to training
again before I go after it with chemicals.
I've done 8 cycles in the past .....2 ayear
till I stopped lifting all the time.
My son became #1 not myself.
So is muscle memory a fact or fiction

We are gonna find out!!!

i believe muscle memory is a fact. not that i know from personal experience but i bussy of mine worked out from when he was 16 til 20. now at 23 he has started working out again and has been for the past 3 months. he was much smaller than he was at his peak and he has almost reached that same size that he was even after a 3yr lay off

I recently started back after a 13 year layoff, and put over 100 pounds on my squat and 45 pounds on my bench in about a month. I'd say (for me at least) muscle memory is fact....and its hella fun too! ;)
I've still got a ways to go to get my lifts back to what they once were, but progress has been great so far.
Get into the gym and give'r hell! I think you'll be happy with the results. Welcome back to the world of iron.
