450mg ala from pumpnpose???

Has anyone used their ala. And if so how did the quality compare to say, the 300mg caps from nutriteam.com. I was very pleased with Pnp's liquidex and i'm considering giving their ala a try. Just curious if anyone else had any experiences or opinions to share on the subject.
