H Hoffmeister New member Jul 8, 2001 #2 Personally, I wouldn't get too hung up on the exact percentages. In the end, it's basically calories in/calories out. Get 1-1.5g protein per lbs lbm. Get about 20-25% calories from decent fats, EFA's, nuts, etc. The rest is pretty much up to you.
