I'll try to answer everyones questions. I'm not greedy when it comes to sharing information, but keep in mind that what works for me may not neccessarily work for the next guy; just go by what works for you and how it makes you look because that's what I'm learned to do over the years.

Current doses are the following: Suspension (400mg/week). I use this to maintain as much muscle as possible that I earned during my bulking phase. Arimidex (.5mg/day) You know what this is for. Tren (75mg/day) Mostly for hardness and strength, I beleive that Tren is the best alternative to test, if you dread all the common side-effects associated with test, such as acne, oily skin, etc. Winny Zambon (100mg/day) For cuts and vascualrity, nothing compares to this stuff.

I started doing cardio when I was about 7 weeks out. I try to go every morning at 6AM, which for the most part I do, except on the weekends, I go when I wake up

. I do 1hour on the cross trainer at level 7, a low intensity, which adjusts my HR to about 125. I'll burn just over 800 calories in 1 hour. For my pre-cardio and pre-workout supplements, I take 2 TSPNS of glutamine, 3 hydroxycuts or 2 MD6, 3 BCAA and 3 FFAA, and some Yohimbine. These are all consumed in order to minimize any catabolic effects during either workout, but mostly for the cardio workout of course, which is where you risk burning muscle. Cardio is always done on an empty stomach.

My off season weight is something that I have never recorded because this is my first comp season

For this contest I plan to be a middle weight.

When I jumped into cardio at 7 weeks out, I dropped my carbs to 50g/day for 2 weeks straight. Cardio was performed in the AM for 1 hour on an empty stomach. After 2 weeks of this routine my body definitely changed. My waist got smaller, and my lower back got thinner, but my overall body weight remained unchanged, which leads me to beleive that I managed to gain some muscle while losing fat; a very ideal situation during a competiton diet, nonetheless.

I've actually increased my carbs to about 100g/day at the moment. Nobody can sustain 50g/day for a long period of time, and there is no reason to go that low. I was getting really bad headaches (I still do) and my cravings were really getting to me. I was essentially walking around like a zomby at 50g/day, no strength at all. Now that I've increased to 100g/day I feel much better, much happier too. I've been taking 5HTP to increase my Seratonin levels, which must be low because I always felt like shit at such a low carb intake. My carbs right now come from oatmeal and brown rice, and no carbs after 1-2PM.
And to everyone else, thank you for the compliments and motivation. I really needed it, especially right now, when all I can think about it food. But at this point, since the show is so damn near, there's no reason to fuck it up. Yeah, I still get stupid little cravings, but everytime I get one I think about the show and how it's so important not to give in because the guy standing next to me might be someone who has been dieting for 12-16 weeks or something.
Ok, I gotta run to the gym for cardio, catcha ya'll later
