I ended up getting my bench to 365 X 1. Squats were 405 X 6. Haven't done full range deadlifts in a while, been doing rack pulls to concentrate more on the back. I'm doing 500 X 6 on them.
im going to be using this soon. can't wait. gonna be using it with epi strong so will let everyone know how i get on. will probly post a cycle diary or something.
