Well this makes my fourth straight week of training. This is the first time this has happened since July/August last year. I basically had the last 6 months off from lifting due to work. Lost lots of muscle and strength but it's coming back. So far I have:

Benched 315 for reps and multiple sets
Rack pulled 585
Done hammer curls with the 75's
Lost 8lbs bodyweight (under 300lbs for the first time in a while)

Tonight I'll do pushpresses for the first time since being back. Next week I'll add squats back in. This is so exciting that I just had to share. Done a lot of other lifts too just wanted to mention these.

I had only 3 weeks off due to an ankle sprain. Still not 100%. I have to say that you seem the more patient man than I. Best of luck, bro.

Doing better now that I am getting back into the swing of things at the gym. I was basically out of town for six months and hardly trained. Hopefully I'll be around a lot more from now on.

How have you been?
