4 week log -- DermathermTarget/ephedrine/caffeine

Im running Ephedrine/caffeine and about to start my dermatherm target today. My cals are going to be around 3500 a day for a lean bulk. Hopefully I can keep strength and size with the 5x5 program and 3500 cals even though im in week 5 of PCT. I am 5'9" 186lbs 10.5%BF 21 y/o

My training routine is Madcows Intermediate 5x5.

My diet is like this

meal 1 - 4 jumbo eggs, 2 pieces ww bread, 2 cups milk
meal 2 - 1.5 cups milk, 2 tbsp ANPB, 30g whey, 1/2 cup oats
meal 3 - 400-600 calorie healthy lunch (ww pita bread, lean meat, veggies, beans, rice)
meal 4 - 2 pieces ww bread, 6 slices turkey, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup milk
meal 5 - 1/2 cup almonds, 8oz meat
meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese, 20g whey w/ water

total cals = 860 + 680 + 500 + 720 + 300 + 380 = 3,440
protein = 52 + 45 + 25 + 50 + 45 + 48 = 265


When should I do cardio? I have never tried cutting or lean bulking so Im not sure how to do cardio. Walking for 45 minutes? or HIIT?
