Once you have puffy nipples and soreness, the damage is done and there's nothing to do but try to treat the problem. I hate hearing guys jumping to go under the knife. There are a few options to exhaust first.
1. an herbal option: turmeric extract. This takes an extremely high dose. You will go through about 10g/day..when that gets broken down into an encapsulated treatment, that means you will empty a 70 capsule bottle 300mg in 2 days. You should take it for about a week straight, so find a powder supplier or prepare to swallow a lot of pills.
2. nolva. The only RC that treats existing symptoms. This is a cheap product and should do the trick.
3. Google: lipostabil and read up. There's a product commonly used for spot fat reduction, typically done in high end spas. What's the difference between fat on your love handles or fat around your nipples? No biological difference. This liquid eats fat. Why not look into it.
4. Surgery. Should be a last resort. A scar is forever. I notice the only posts I see where men encourage one another to get surgery are always posted from a guy who's had the surgery. I'm assuming its a mysery likes company scenario.
