Just started to hit the gym. Doing lightweights until I can get the motion and technique down, also doing low impact cardio after my workouts. I been going 3 days a week the past 3 weeks, but willing to go more if needed. Slowly changing my diet, it has improved over the past 3 weeks and still has room to get better.
In another month I want to start taking EQ to help me assist me in getting cut.
My questions are:
Is it ok to take it by itself?
How much per week and for how long should I cycle it?
My reason for not taking anything else is that I am an ecto-morph type. My body overall is medium build but the only place I seem to lose and gain weight is the belly.
If I"m doing this wrong or have been mis-guided, please advise me on the proper way.
I have a good 4-5 months to train hard and seriously, before my vacation to Spain.
