here are the 4 easy yet essential fat loss secrets:

1) Never skip breakfast :

You may think that skipping the morning bowl of cereal may be a great way to cut down your calories intake. That's not true. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

2) fresh foods :

Fresh fruits and vegetables are ideal packaged and processed foods have high sodium and fat content. You are more likely to lose weight if you eat naturally fresh foods.

3) Be positive :

Don't see your weight loss programme in terms of what you can't have or in terms of how it will intrude into your life - Instead look at the opportunities of trying new things.

5) Don't try to do it alone :

If you can't get support from family and friends, join one of the many online healthy weight loss support groups.
 
b.s. on the breakfast part. There's no study that confirms it, and in fact in the army - we always skipped breakfast and ate it much later. Waking up and eating a big breakfast not only uses up many of your days calories, but makes you all sluggest before you even begin!

Peple see "important meal" and confuse with "gotta have a big breakfast with waffles, eggs, bagels and capuccinos!". Translation: Fatties. Best tip is: Weight loss is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Healthy Diet & Regular Exercise and STICK TO IT. Anyone can lose weight - it's keeping it off that's 90% of the problem for most folks.

I agree the body needs light high protein first meal like 3 eggs, sunny-side up, and one slice of toast.
