Ok, first id like to say i tried to search...both here and the fitness board.
I was just wondering if when on your cycle is my typical 4 day split would work, or should I try to hit every muscle a few times a week?
My routine looks like this:
Sunday: Legs/Cardio/Abs
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Chest/Biceps/Cardio
Wednesday: Back/Abs
Thursday: Off
Friday: Shoulders/Triceps/Cardio
Saturday: Makeup Day, usually play basketball for a few hours.
Any input would be awesome!
