4 Day split?

Ok, first id like to say i tried to search...both here and the fitness board.

I was just wondering if when on your cycle is my typical 4 day split would work, or should I try to hit every muscle a few times a week?

My routine looks like this:

Sunday: Legs/Cardio/Abs
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Chest/Biceps/Cardio
Wednesday: Back/Abs
Thursday: Off
Friday: Shoulders/Triceps/Cardio
Saturday: Makeup Day, usually play basketball for a few hours.

Any input would be awesome!
 
I wouldn't be doing Cardio on Leg Day. You should be hitting your legs hard to the point that you have trouble walking out of the gym not doing cardio after wards. Also you need calories when on cycle to help synthesize muscle so you should save the cardio for cutting and not bulking.
I usually hit my muscle groups still once a week b/c you indirectly work them later in the week when doing other muscle groups i.e. Bench press also works your tricep. Think of role of musscle. Extending arm= Tricep ect.

my routine generally looks like this

Sunday: Legs
Monday: Cest
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Back
Friday: Bis/ Tris
Saturday: off

I Like to do calves two to three times a week and maybe an extra set of shrugs.
I only take off twice a week and sometimes I arrange it to best fit my schedule. So if I miss a tuesday work out then I work out wed. If i miss tues and wed b/c of something then I am in there the rest of the week. Otherwise I stick to this. Every once in a while I change it up to shock my system. Chest/tris and back/bis. Rotate your routine and constantly experiment with new exersises. Keep an open mind and watch others in the gym that is one way you can learn a lot. Change shocks the musscle and spurts new musscel growth.

Im 6"4 225 lbs 16% BF

My cycle is 30mg Dbol ED, 250 mg Sustanon e10d, followed by Clomid 10 days post cycle.
