3X5 Question. Please help

On Fridays,when your allowed to do your arms. What sort of Tript extensions do you do? I looked in a book i ahd at home becuase i rarly do them and I found theres like 5 different variasions of it. Which do I use, please give a link to a video. Also what sort of curls? Can I choose any or simply cycle around 3 or 4 different sorts of curls. Tanks form your help. I wunt ma gunz! :rolleyes:
 
If you insist on doing the extra arm work, pick one and stick with it. Tricep extensions/skullcrushers same as your mainlifts, focus on adding a little weight at a time. Pick one curl and try to add weight, splitting between 4 different types will slow your progress on one.

Weighted Dips and Weighted pullups/chinups will serve you better in the long term though.

Just curious, how old are you?
 
I am 17. Do not luagh and think "typical". I do not pay extra attention to m arms. Infact beofre I started the 3x5 I was paying the most attention to my back. I am not your average skinn guy looking to get big, I am bigger and alot stronger than your average joe.
 
the 3x5 doesnt really call for arms dude. but if you must I suggest dips, pullups, chins.

probably the best way would be to do deadlifts for 2 weeks, then switch to one of the above excercises. I'm doing this and people always comment how much bigger my arms are getting.
