385 today WTF?

Hey bro's, I just benched 385 2times today, holy fuck, I can't believe it, my arms and chest were so fricking pumped I thought they were going to explode. prop/tren in wk 2 of a 10 weeker.
just thought I would share,oh my weight is up too I am up to 235 as of today!!!
 
Know how you feel ... I felt pretty dam good about myself when i finally made it to 4 plates a side ... right up untill i read that thread about the girl benching 400 @ 185lbs or was it 165lbs .. can't remember right now ...

Good job .. keep up the hard training .

Ahh, I remember when I did my first one armed 385lb bench press..............you were only using one arm right? ;)

Take the double denim inzer off of her and see if she can get 350? Even still that is strong for anyone, none the less a girl. She's cute too. I'd like to try one of those bench shirts. My buddy said it added 90lbs to his max and he's never had raw numbers above 315. I saw some guys raw numbers and it wasn't really impressive. I think he was doing 315 for 12 and 365 for 6 or something really close to that. His max with a suite is 660. I benched 365 for 8 when I was lifting 455 on bench. So it really makes you wonder what you could do. Plus I don't arch what so ever. Put a huge arch in there to make the movement half of the distance and the weight would really increase.

what was ur previous 2 rep max? and previous weight? I am excited about ur results cuz its only 2 weeks until my prop/tren cycle...by the way what r ur doses?
 
IM PISSED my max is 435 or was until i fukked my whole left side up somehow and chest work hurts like a bitch from my shoulder down into my fingers WTF? so taday i did 335 for 3 sets of three and it hurt like a bitch FUCKINA

I am running wks 1-10 test prop 100mg eod
wks 2-8 tren ace 50 mg ed
wks 6-10 winny 60 mg ed

getting used to the ed shots although they are a pian in the ass to say the least,lol
 
everone here is lookin good wit the bench...i hit 365 for 8 today and 405 for 5 then i could only put 425 once wtf !!! ihad taken a week off before that and the last month i have nt really been lifting hard with spring ball in affect.
 
yeah def tough to get strong during spring ball but wow i def could not be more excited about this cycle...seriously it keeps me up at night lol

I'm down from 302 lbs to 282 lbs...cutting right now...so the bench is off just a little...
 
thats good weight, but remember bench is the easiest exercise to get hurt on. I have pulled/strained my chest/delt-tie in once on each side from the bench. Now I usually do benches for my 2nd exercise. I think it is safer to do it this way, plus I get a better pump. Some people want to be big and others want to be strong. Just remember you may not get 385 on your next try if you go the following week. No sense in trying to hurt yourself, which is what will happen if you constantly try to set personal records.

Again, good job and as others have said you are closing in on 400.

Congrats man! My personal best was 375. Sadly I never made it to my all time goal, 4 plates (405) I worked so hard to get there but just couldn't do it. 375 was the best I could do. I don't know if I'll ever go for that goal again because my goals have changed now as I've gotten older, but damn would I love to do 405 just once in my life!

Sure if you train hard all the way through your season, eat right, get plenty of sleep and supplement correctly. From some of your other posts you seem to have a big frame. Benching is a lot of technique (arching your back correctly, flexing your lats).
