A little help would be appreciated. I just turned 36 years old and I can't seem to grow like I did when I was in my twenties. I realize that this is just, "An age thing" but I would really like to hear from someone in this age group that has an answer. I work my ass off in the gym, my eating habits are close to perfect, and I sleep between 6 and 8 hours a day. I have been back in the gym for nearly 3 years and I'm sick of sweating my ass off only to see minimal results. I have thougt about juicing but don't know if it's a wise decision at my age, or what to take or where to get it. Anyone have any ideas? Thabks, Doug.
