300mg for 16 weeks vs 450mg for 12 weeks of test cyp

Hey guys,

I have started a cycle of test cyp at 300mg/week and was hoping to do it for 16 weeks, Im about to start week 3. My main reason being that I'm not looking to pack on HEAPS of mass, as Im boxing again and I will be doing it as a cutter, the reason for the length is I dont want to come off half way through summer and crash, get acne and lose my libido. I was really looking forward to being 'on' for all over summer (mid oct - mid feb in AUS)

However, speaking to a mate, he said that I'll be shut down for too long etc and to run 450 minimum for 12 weeks instead as he tends to plateau around week 10 anyway. At first I was not that keen on this idea as I didnt want to bulk, I wanted just 300mg to lean out, maintain muscle while boxing and running without the catabolism and enjoy the horniness :biggrin:

Keeping in mind that my goal isnt to get HUGE could you please offer your opinion of what you think is best?

Is it really a waste doing 300mg for 16 weeks?

Age: 24
2nd cycle (first cycle test cyp 400mg + Sarms s4.
170 lbs
probably 12% bf (estimated)

Bro Im on the same predicament as you. I started early coz my mate was hassling me to get started (he's doing the same cycle with me) its the first time ive rn a cycle with someone and trained together an I have to say its madr the cycle way better,

anyways back on subject. Im running my cycle for 16-18 weeks now. Im concerned about the shutdown too but ive got got pregnyl and ive run it for 6 weeks so far after week 3. Im having a 2 week break then starting it again, then post cycle ill be ruuning it too, I think after week 10 you should throw in a DHT to keep gaining and get hard so like winny or masteron would be good for this. As long as you control your estrogen during cycle coming off 300mg test and a little masteron should be a breeze

As long as you have a long and aggressive PCT then a long rest off gear afterwards you should be fine bro, fuck it right you dont wanna be crashing mid summer when all the sweet ass is cruising round the beach and clubs do ya? LOL
 
Yeah fuck it, I think 300mg/16weeks is definately the go. I jsut want to see slow steady gains without excess bloat etc.

Ill try to get my doc to perscribe me pregnyl.

How do I dose the pregnyl?

How do I dose the winny? 50mg EOD from week 12 onwards? I've got access to liquid winny.

Yeah brother Im running the cycle with my mate as well - makes it way easier - just jab eachother and its good motivation in the gym when you've got someone pushing you the whole time.

And as far as the other guy sayin I wont notice gains on 300mg/week surely that bullshit considering its still about 5 x what the body produces.

I like running the HCG 250iu's every 4th day starting week 3, have a 2 week break after 6 weeks so it doesnt loose effectiveness at the back end of the cycle then start it back up again and up the dose to 500iu's at the end of the cycle to give recovery a better shot!

Im not sure about liquid winny ive never used it, but you would have to take 50mg ed if its anything like the injectable or oral version, the latter you can get away with 30mg ed. Id run it for 6 weeks

Yeah its good having a mate juicing too to train with, gotta be the best training ive ever had. 300mg is a little bit of a low dose but to say you wont see any effects is nonsense

Id run the 450mg at 12wks,,,or even 500mg for 10wks.

whoops meant 300/16 weeks in my original quote not 12 weeks.

Should I maybe run 400/16 weeks?
then ill throw in HCG
 
Personally id run 500mg, but sicne your worried about bloat ive heard that 400mg gives you good results but without as much bloat as 500mg and upwards
 
run 300mg for 12 weeks, drop the test and run anavar or winny ot tbol for the next 4 weeks. Then start PCT straight away

Interesting, Will the winny dry out the joints etc by itself? Or due to the ester of the cyp will it keep the joints lubricated for the last 4 weeks?

anavar is a no go for me man, the price is fucken crazy per pill. Cant get Tbol,

Winny is sweet though

should be sweet as the ester will be around for a few weeks after last inject. start hcgenerate 4 weeks before last cyp injection for 8 weeks. That way you can start recovering while your still on the winny. By the time you finish winny start your PCT and you will recover heaps easy and wont lose much gains. You will drop water weight though 2 weeks after you stop test cyp.

400mg or 500mg will put on more size with a hgih calorie diet, without the calroies ur just gonna be wasting testerone when your not eating enough for it to work to its full potential

that and onc eu start using 400-500mg a A.I is usually needed to get rid of the bloat

300mg is a feel good test dose, and studies have shown thats testerone ability to burn fat starts at 300mg

if your looking to gain size then 300mgs prob wont do much, and you will need ot run 400-500mgs

however if your not interested in gaining any size then 300mg si more then enough

as for the duration of ur cycle, after 12 weeks ur gonna be shutdown anyways, for those guys who think its ALOT harder to recover from a 16 week cycle as opposed to a 12 week cycle are basing this on the idea 4 extra weeks on cycle must be alot worse for you

they dont have a shed of evidence, so ignore there opinion

if your worried about being shutdown for to long grab some HCG and run it starting week 4 and ull be sweet

That is exactally my opinion i would run the dosage at 400 tho. its not going to make you huge,Have some HCG to run and read the sticky "the bect PCT for 2010"

with test its best to go with the shorter time larger dose my man.. :heart:
 
Ok seems to be a split decision.
I do want to gain a bit of muscle - not just retain, so Im going to eat clean, do a bit of cardio and run 400mg/week for 15 weeks.
Reason 15 is because if I buy 2 more vials it equals exactly 15 weeks. (iv already done 2 weeks of 300/mg and will bump it to 400 today and continue for another 13 weeks til the vial runs out.

HOWEVER - If i find I reach a plateau post week 10 - I might just save a vial for next cycle. We'll see how we go.

HCG will be thrown in
 
you will defenetly hit a plateu on test only, throw in some winny for the last 4-6 weeks when you hit that plateu!! That way you will also look dry and vascular when were peaking in summer here :biggrin:
