30-45 min post workout protein intake help

Usually after I lift I like to do 20 minutes cardio, should I start the countdown from the moment I stop lifting weights, or should I start the countdown from the point I stop cardio?
 
if your goal is fat loss then have the shake when you finished cardio, and up the cardio to 30mins

if your just doing the cardio for health, conditioning or whatever and your not looking to loose and and/or you are wanting to build muscle I would have the shake before cardio
