I get these swings around 7 1 hour after I eat, Like the food hasnt
kicked in yet, then I get real hot and feel energized, I think that it takes 1hr to 1:30mins for steak fat to start being converted to energy.

10 Glutamine. 1000mgs ALA, Even with the Sweet Tarts
after 1/2hour or 1 hr I was in KEto Because of THE ALA
ALA is pretty darn Interesting. I dont know what exactly is
Happening, But I think im able to Fill My muscles up with
Glycogen, and then re enter KEtosis. That IS what ALA is
supposed to do, so IT works for me. Im using Kilo Sports
brand.

That was the first week I did the diet. THings I do now, are

I make alot of stir fry, With red peppers, Onions, green peppers, and a small amount of chicken or beef, with alittle Olive oil, and parmisan cheese.


My training,

M- Chest abs
T- Back forearms
W-Legs abs
Th-SHoulders forearms
Fr- ARms abs
Sat abs/forearms/calves

I train for an hour maybe 1hr 30mins max. I dont rest long, I do a set drink some water, count to 20-30, then do my next set, it is like cardio-lifting. HEre is a sample chest workout for me to give you an idea.

Incline Dumbell Press 4 sets
Weight/Reps

Smith Machine Incline press

Machine CHest Press
Dont know the weights, Just do 4 sets with alot of reps

Fly Machine 4 sets

Then I do some other fly movement and Im done

Then I hit that abs real hard

4sets of crunches with legs in the air, 12 slow reps, hold at the top

4 sets of reverse crunches 12-15 reps with or without ankle weights

4 sets of Side bends with a light weight dont want waist to get biggger

Then I hit the AB ball for a few sets,

Then frog crunches and Im done.
 
Looking damn good bro, damn good... that's basically the physique I'm shooting for... I'm just too damn fat though. Need some background info. How old are you? How long you been training? Are you on gear and if so what? Oh yeah, and like the other guys said, AFTER pics make more of an impact if you post some BEFORE pics too. Keep up the good work.

I have been training hard for 4 years, Here is my story

I was 19, Eating Burger kind, Pizza, Drinking beer, I was 6'1 270, and a real fat ass. I would goto parties make girls laugh, and i would think they were into me, then I wouldnt get to hook up ever. I woke up one mourning, look at myself naked in the mirror and I was so disgusted with myself, I had man Boobs from being fat, A huge ass belly, and those nasty stretch marks on my love handles. I said fuck this Im gonna get into shape. So that summer, I lost almost 60lbs, I did cardio 1 hour everyday on an empty stomach for almost 100 days straight, ate a lot less, didnt cheat. Around half way through all these girls I used to get shot down from were starting to be interested in me, so It fueled my fire more. I eventully got down to 200. Then I got the flu and got down to 190. At this point I was real skinny, and Needed to put on mass. So I started lifting heavy eat good, and got up to 200. THen I tried a few cycles, and Got up to 225. It was cool being big but now what I really wanted to do. SO now Im just trying to be natural and get down to 180-190 with ripped abs. Im a Endo-Mesomorph, and I will never do anabolics again. Im 22.

Hey, a lot of people wonder why can't ever reach their goals.
Other than the intense desire it takes, you have to be willing to do what Vic's doing. Writing everything down, planning your day, planning your next day, planning the next day afterthat, constantly being on guard, constantly knowing observing, constantly taking in shit, and constantly giving it 140%.

Great job.

Victor..as far as modeling goes, I think you need to lose another 7-8lbs of fat. That will bring out the cuts in your Face more, although you're probably doing this, make sure you don't lag on drinking your 2 gallons of water everyday. You need to get that Crisp look and you're almost there. Keep at it man, If you start finding you're not losing fat, cut out the saturated fat meals such as Bacon out. Eat some clean protein and clean fats instead of those, bump up your training and cardio, mix shit up, and you'll get there.

HEY VITOR97 I ALSO WAS A FAT GUY. I WAS FAT MY WHOLE LIFE
UNTIL I WAS ABOUT 20. I ALSO HAD NO LUCK WITH THE LADIES UNTIL I LOST THE WEIGHT. I'M 31 NOW BUT WHEN I WAS 20 SLIM FAST HAD JUST CAME OUT AND WAS THE BEST DIET AROUND. I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WORKING OUT AND NUTRTION. I WAS 240 AND HAD A 40 INCH WAIST. NOW I'M 178 AND IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE. I HAVE A LITTLE PROMBLEM AROUND THE STOMACH AREA THOUGH. I HAVE A LITTLE FAT THERE AND ALSO I HAVE A LITTLE LOOSE SKIN THERE AS WELL. I KNOW I'LL NEVER HAVE A SIX PACK BUT THE TOP OF MY STOMACH GETS SOME DEFINITION. ANYWAY IT'S NICE TO SEE ONE OF THE FAT KIDS MAKE IT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Fuck dude. That's the story of my life... except I'm still kind of fat and the chicks STILL don't want me lol! So when you first lost all your fat, were you lifting/trying to gain muscle at all, or were just focusing on maximizing your fat loss and planning to worry about putting on muscle later? B/c that's one of my problems... whenever I start dieting hardcore, I do indeed lose fat, but I end up losing muscle with it, and I'm not too big to begin with. Then I end up saying FUCK THAT I'M GETTING SCRAWNY and I start eating again and get fatter again and on and on. Do you think that it works better to focus on one thing, either FAT LOSS or MUSCLE GAIN at a time? Or are you like some others that believe that doing both simultaneously is possible? Man I'd kill for a 6-pack like yours.... any advise?

My goal in life is to be happy. When Im fat and was fat Im not unhappy. I said I dont care if I lose muscle or whatever I need to lose this fat. I could have gone slower and lost alittle fat and tried to keep muscle, but I said nah, lets get rid of that fat then build up. I mean not to sound mean, but How many fat guys do u see with attractive ladies compared to Skinny guys with attractive ladies, or vice versa. Skinny is more socially acceptable. I got lots of fat friends who wear their shirts at the beach. How can they possiably be happy when they are ashmed to take off their shirts at the beach, they have a constant reminder of their own displeasment with their bodys. Im not advocating to just do cardio and lose weight that way, but do what works for u, but do it. I promise that when u lose 20-40lbs or whatever it is that you need to lose, you will look better, feel better, and it will show.
