Thanks man. Not to sound gay, but what you're saying is true and very inspiring. Reading stuff like this is one of the main reasons I come to this board. I'm gonna try my best to follow your lead. Do you think the creatine is helping or slowing down the results? I'm contemplating taking it, except I am already taking Xenadrine.

Fiber fills you up,
Can help you not get certain forms of cancer. What are you worried about take it damn you. :) It is cheap too, honestly sugar free orange citrucel has made many of my protein drinks taste pretty damn good too.
