3 weeks in and stopped gaining....now what?

i am ending my third week of a testen 250 and russian dbol cycle.
i am taking testen @ 500 mg/wk and dbol @ 25 mg/day. after the second week i was up 12 lbs. after week three i am still only up 12 lbs. what should i do now? also i weigh 165 and i am consuming at least 190 grams of protein per day. normally i use brovel for my enanthate but i thought i would try something different this time. when taking brovel by itsself i never stayed at the same weight for a week straight. anyone with testen experience please reply!
 
Getting enough sleep? Are you overtraining? Toss in another protein shake a day and see if it helps.
 
getting at around 7 hours sleep. only training each body part once per week as follows:
monday- chest
tues- back/bi's
wed- quads/cavs/hamstings
thurs- off
fri- shoulders/tri's
 
Hum...

As of now, I believe your protein intake is way too low!! Even natural bodybuilders eat at LEAST 250 grams a day. If you are on the freaking juice...make it count by giving your body all the protein it needs to continue growing!! It really irritates me when dudes claim to be ready to poke around with the needle yet they can't seem to educate themselves on the basic principles of nutrition. :mad: :mad: :mad: I should never reply to posts after an injection!!!

you are totally right about the protein intake, and you are an asshole! just the type of person this board can do without!
why don't you take your simplistic knowledge and go elsewhere.

depending on how hard you train, you might wanna up it. Considering recovery on gear, I do a 3on1off and do 2 bps a day. AS Mr. X told me once, you are going to be putting the best gasoline into the machine, might as well put the pedal to the metal!! :p
 
the test is just kicking in - give it some time...the rapid gains were from the d-bol (water) ...test will hit you soon. Eat your protein.
 
solid.......i figured that was the case. i was just starting to wonder if the testen stuff was any good. i haven't felt that real great pump yet. guess it is on the way. thanks to all again!
