3 months later... cloudy stuff has appeared!

I bought a few cycles worth of premade fina 3 months ago. There was no cloudy brown stuff back then but now, as I was getting ready to start a new cycle, I see that All my vials have the stuff. Using the search engine I read that you can shake it but when I tried shaking it I can still see little brown bubbles if I look close. And then again the "shake it " advice was in response to someone who has the brown cloud at the beginning.

So I guess my question is would shaking it work in my case? or could it be some bacteria that appeared? I could order some filters and filter it.
