I feel bad about posting this up considering ive allready done it once-

but i used a little more weight- (only 10 lbs) but it felt alot harder for some reason, and it doesnt look like im going any lower, and im trying to

i also feel like my back is rounding (lower back too) and i just want to make sure its not to much round

heres the video-

thanks for any critiques

decent, still get your butt lower so you can use more quad strength to break the weight off the floor. Looks like your shoulders are way over in front of the bar, I prefer mine straight above so that I'm not pulling the weight forward then back. Back looks fine, just remember to push against your abs. PS put a shirt on :-P.

your form is ok. IMO deadlift form depends a lot on the person and your build. i personally would try to get your butt lower at the start and pull back a little more at the time. I personally feel the lats squeeze more when i pull back at the end of the lift. The important part is your lower back and that looked good to me.

ha yea- i was in the middle of my workout (an di dont wear a shirt when i workout) and i had just finished a set with that weight, and i felt my form was bad, so i ran upstairs to get a camera

also, i'm really concerned about my back rounding, so i want to make sure ppl can see that (hence why i dont wear a shirt)

thanks for the comment- i feel like leaning over makes it easier, but it does feel wrong so i guess ill try to stop that.

thanks again

first of all you arn't low enough to begin with. Your back looks fine. BUT at the end of the movement you don't bring your hips forward like you should. Keep your shoulder behind the bar and dont push with the front of your feet.
