Well ive completed my first cycle!!! and it was great. Just used 200mg of Decca and went up 20lbs. still holding it even though my diet is shit. ill be on clomid from around 2weeks now. So Im lookinf for suggestings for my next one.
I wanna Add some test. But not Sustanon, as the injection gets really sore with me!!

ps, how long should i wait, ive been off 3wks, then i started clomid.. for one week now..

MORE MASS. Wann consentrate on bulking for the winter, cut in the summer with clen or soemthing.
But wanna eat a grow. ive grow on only 200mg, so i dont wanna use to much yet..

maybe try a test-dbol-deca for your second. That would be very cheap and be a great bulking cycle.
 
yeah i did 10weeks on Decca.
My chest grew a lot..
Went from pushing 80kg for 3-4 reps. to pushing 100kg for 5-6reps..!!
lol and warming up on 80kg for 12's HAHA i enjoyed this cycle.

Well i cant touch the d-boll as much as ive tried i get very sick and cant eat shit, feel sick all the time..
need and injectable.. maybee i coudl try injectable d-bol though how goos it that?

I would do Test and Deca or Test and Eq both for 10 weeks with some D-Bol in there for the first 4-5 weeks as a kick start. E-mail or PM me with any questions and I will be glad to help you out

Guys I'm sorry to post this but I have to. I must admit that I was very impressed when I read that bodybuildmass gained 20lbs. on a Deca only cycle of 200mg/week. But then I read on to see that he increased his bench from 80kg for 3-4 reps to 100 kg for 6 reps or so. GUYS, 100KG IS ONLY 220LBS.!!!! I then realized that this board has WAY TOO many people using AS way too soon in their weight lifting careers. DOES ANYBODY BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION ANYMORE B4 GOING ON AS???? 5-7 years minimum. Goddammit let your body grow naturally before you go on shit!!!

I mean nothing against you personally bodybuildmass but 220lbs. is nothing for 6-7 reps. I was doing that at age 17, 6 months of training under my belt!!

Please people, if you start using AS when you first walk into a gym you are going to lose all the muscle you got from AS when you get off. Build a foundation first. You can't build a house on sand, you need to build it on Concrete. My 2 cents. I know some of you are going to get pissed at this but it has to be said from time to time.
 
6-7 years?? I think you are being way too unreasonable, maybe you waited that long but it doesn't mean everyone should. In a year or so you can build an excellent foundation of quality mass. Also a lot of people can't lift 220lbs when they were 17 they just don't have the genetics and can't lift that much naturally.
