Just finished pct. This was my 2nd cycle:
Week 1-14: 500mg test e ew, 400mg eq ew, and 1 mg adex eod.
Week 17:100mg Clomid ed
Week 18-19: 50mg clomid ed
Pre cycle: 6'3, 255, ? body fat(I play oline), bench-around 300
Post cycle:6'3, 289, body fat went down, bench-390 lbs. There is an astrisk to the gains though:
I tore my acl and miniscus during a football game (on a fucking pick!) and had surgery on it at the end of Nov. Prior to knee surgery I weighed 282 but for 3 weeks after the surgery the doctor said no lifting period (upper or lower body). This along with the vicadin completely killed my appetite and I dropped down to 255 and my bench went all the way down to about 300 pounds (and that's a generous guess on the bench). Anyway after running this cycle I currently weigh 289 and my bench is up to 390 (almost at that 400 mark!). I only dropped 4 pounds during pct and kept nearly all the strength gained (lost about 5 pounds on some of the exercises). My body fat (even though I don't have a specific #) went down as well. Everyone was commenting about how I look in better shape and my waist size stayed the same so it was good weight gained. I really focused in this cycle and worked my ass off. I was getting about 300-350 g protein ed and around 4500-5000 pretty clean calories ed. I switched up my workout from 6 days a week to 5 days, did abs 4 days a week, and cardio 5 days a week for 30-45 minutes. I didn't lift weights for my legs and just rehabbed the hell out of it. I'm jogging on it (doctor said I could) and I'm only a little over 5 months out from surgery. I'm psyched and can't wait to get back on the field
