This is my second cycle my first cycle was me being a moron because i started it at only 160lbs at 19 bad idea but I ran a Test En. only cycle for 10 weeks which was smart considering thats all I did. Bad PCT led me to lose my gains and put me back down to 165lbs. I lifted naturally for three years to give me a more solid base at 180lbs at 7%bf. But I can't compete with the other steroid users on my football team.
My goal: 200lbs with no more than 11%bf
Week 1: 250mg Test Enanthate Shot on Tues 30mg D-Bol ed
Week 2: 500mg Test Enanthate Tues and Thurs 30mg D-Bol ed
Week 3: 500mg Test Enanthate Tues and Thurs 30mg D-Bol ed
Week 4: 500mg Test Enanthate Tues and Thurs
Week 5: 500mg Test Enanthate Tues and Thurs 20mg Winny ed
Week 6: 500mg Test Enanthate Tues and Thurs 20mg Winny ed
Week 7: 500mg Test Enanthate Tues and Thurs 20mg Winny ed
Week 8: 500mg Test Enanthate Tues and Thurs 20mg Winny ed

** I would've ran 500mg of test for ten weeks but three amps broke very pissed off about that but it was my fault. Im running 20mg of winny for three weeks after the end of the test to harden the gains. Three weeks after the last shot of Test Enanthate is when im supposed to start PCT anyway.
Supplements that I will be running along with this is

2. Animal Pak Multi-Vit
3. Creatine Ethyl-Ester
Diet
Meal 1@ 4:30 am: 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs 3 servings of milk
Meal 2@ 7:00 am: Giant Ham steak I mean 1lb and 2 serving of milk
Meal 3@ 10:00 am: Weight Gainer along with Banana
Meal 4@ 12:45 pm: 2 cans tuna fish 2 servings of milk 1 yogurt
Meal 5@ 3:00 pm: 3 heaping scoops of Peanut Butter and 3 servings milk
Meal 6@ 5:30 pm: Meat of some sort usually steak 2 servings of milk
Meal 7@ 8:00 pm: Tuna melts or salmon filets 1 serving of milk
This diet plan is a guarunteed 350g+ of protein and over 4000 cal
I can easily kill a gallon of milk a day i find milk easy to consume and a great source of protein.
Bed at around 9:00 pm during weekdays but im 22 and in college so bedtime is never a definite and no chance at 9o'clock on weekends usually on weekends i'll cheat a little and party.
Workout plan:
Monday: 1. Upper body Football lift at 5:30 am
2. Chest and Tris 1:30 pm at my gym
Teusday: 1. Leg Day Football lift at 5:30 am
2. Back Biceps calves 1:30 pm at my gym
Wednesday: 1. Running for Football at 5:30 am
2. Quads Hamstrings Calves 1:30 pm at my gym
Thursday: 1. Upper body Football lift at 5:30 am
2. Shulders and Chest 1:30 pm at my gym
Friday: 1. Leg Day Football lift at 5:30 am
2. Biceps Triceps and Calves 1:30 pm at my gym
Saturday: 1. Quads and Hamstrings 1:30 pm at my gym
If any of you are familiar with Bil Wilmore this is his Nationals training program with a slight twist. The football lifting in the morning is necessary for the team but it is the basic 5 lifts of Bench Clean Squat Deadlift Military Press the program isn't that great but it is a great way to warm up in the morning and it utilizes the 5 primary workouts
I may workout the same muscle group more than once a week but i will never repeat any excercise twice during the same week. I will also be altering the reps and set every week as follows
Weeks 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 will be in the 10-12 rep range and three sets with 90 sec rest periods
Weeks 2,4,6,8,10,12,14 will be in the 4-6 rep range with four sets and 120 sec rest periods
Each week I will add an intensifier such as 10 pushups after each set
All opinions are welcome this time around i wont go half assed it will be very intense.
