i'll do up to 3 ml in the glute, no more than 2 ml in the quad.

damn ive been doing 2ml's in the glutes and they hurt like a bitch for days after. can't imagine 3+

iv done 5 ml shots in the quads when the old maxigan was around but that was a long time ago now 2ml in delts 3ml glutes 3ml in quads i dont mega cycle any more so that plenty.
