general thoughts on injecting more than 2ml in one syringe.
experienced 8ml once a week for 12 weeks in the glutes before, no problems.
i have a nurse that does it so i put my trust in her to know what she´s doing.

8ml in one spot or 4ml in each glute?

even 4ml in 1 shot in the glute wouldnt be too comfortable..

even 4ml in 1 shot in the glute wouldnt be too comfortable..

I do 3cc's in my glutes with no problems and have a few friends who do 5cc's in each glute and never heard them complain.

Personally, I like to rotate all my muscle groups and break volume up as much as I can. Why stick all that oil in one spot!

3 in the one spot is enough for me. 5 cc pins must look like a horse shot!
