you will not notice any difference between 2 or 3 times a day. i've been taking d-bol for a very long time at either once or twice a day. 3 times is too big of a pain in the ass. you can even skip your saturdays and sundays if you wished, with no problems. i take my first daily dose around 2 hours before my workout. then the second dose is during my fifth meal at 7:00pm.
