why arent there any canadian cities on there?

I live in one of the safest areas. A home got broken into about 8 years ago and people still talk about it.

Man, Compton is really having a down year. All the way down at #17. This doesn't seem like one of the great Compton's of the past.

I lived 15 min away from gary, in for 1 year.

we played basketball against their highschool.

That place had like 5 cops at the game and some school security in there, I think theyhave metal detectors there now.

detroit is not that dangerous.. dont listen to all those bullshit articles...

Yeah....let's here it for the STL.........woot woot....and all that stuff.

This poll is based on St. Louis City...(where no one lives, cause.....well you'll die) St. Louis County, and surrounding areas are pretty damn safe.

At least we're down from #1 like a few years back. :supercool

Same with Atlanta. People who live in city limits are either dirt poor, super rich or gay (no really gay).

This list is bullshit. Minneapolis is not even on it, and someone gets killed there everyday. I mean, look, I'm gonna go out and shoot somebody right now. Hold on a sec....

lol

Worst place I've ever been to crime wise was downtown san francisco at 2 am. I've been to most of the cities on that list and they don't even compare. Luckily we were all 6'3'' 240+ footballers, otherwise we would have gotten our asses kicked down there.

San Francisco should be up there and I think we all know why (the earthquakes of course, though I hear homosexuals attack if you make eye contact so that's also a contributing factor).

what was this based on? crime rates? cuz i dont see chicago, NYC or LA on there.

Compton is pretty much LA I believe. I would guess NYC isn't up there because it isn't as bad in terms of violent crimes.

Compton isn't technically LA, but it basically is. I drove through that shit at 3am, it wasn't as bad as I thought really.

3 A.M. - Shit, even thugs need their sleep.

I think in this moment the most dangerous American city is Bahgdad... ;)

WHAT? Nothing from Washington??? That poll was rigged.

Ohhh, Detroit was beat out by Camden, NJ?

I believe that Camden, NJ is #1 on the list. That place has more deserted buildings than a Mad Max movie.

Newport SW is where im from and it had more violence per head of population than any other city in the UK. Not that many guns though, mainly knives and shit. Doubt it would come close to most of the US cities.

you must have been in the tenderloin, the rest of downtown Frisco is a cake walk

No surprise with nasty ass Atlanta.

Yeah Atlanta can be pretty scary. I remember getting lost in Atlanta driving down one of the 25089 peachtree streets, and of COURSE I ended up on MLK boulevard or whatever. Not good.

Deserted buildings can't hurt anyone. Detroit's buildings are full of thugs ready to cap your ass. ;)

Yea, I agree. The only thing that is crazy is lately most of the murders are happening on the SW side, which is only 10 miles from my house. Yo-yo dog, Gotta love them thugs.

mmmmm.......... I wonder what the 'ethnic' make-up is of these cities and if there is a possible coorrelation between the two?

i was surprised Memphis is so bad! I nearly moved there.. thought it would be a good place to meet nice southern women.

Camden is a beautiful area. Ask Zorro, he lives there.

I believe he is running for Mayor next year.

I grew up in Camden. This is not the first time it's been given a distinguished honor like this. About 12 years ago it was voted "America's Worst City". About 4-5 years ago the mayor was indicted and prosecuted on over 20 federal crimes.

You just don't know, my man. Camden is REALLY that bad, and that's nothing nothing to brag about either.

Camden is basically the overflow of the shitty parts of Philadelphia. its the worst place Ive ever been. Id rather get caught walking in the Malcolm X Shabazz section of newark than Camden. my uncle reads electric meters down there and they must travel in teams of 3 or they'll get robbed.

LOL, my uncle works for PSE&G and did that when he first started. He was mugged 3 times in Newark, but he worked the Ironbound section. Each time they took his clipboard and PSE&G issued helmet.

Do you ever make any posts that don't involve race relations?

where is east st LO?

Across the Mississippi River from downtown St. Louis. Technically it's Illinois, but it's within 5 minutes from where everyone goes to party in St. Louis. Also home to all of the strip clubs, and it's really not that bad, North St. Louis is much worse.

I'ts the pink elephant in the middle of the room that every one pretends doesn't exist. I say politically incorrect things to provoke thought. It's nothing personal.

HAHHAHA im from Richmond, and i must say it is a pretty shitty city to live in. not only is it dangerous, it has nothing good about it. you hear about ppl being shot almost every day.

I live in the safest major city in America, San Jose, CA

HAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...aint no one breakin into my house anytime soon
