24k's *getting ready for 2006* log

Wow... sounds like we have the same sleep pattern :( But the sleep police aka Nelms got onto me after seeing my random 3:00 a.m. posts :laugh2: Anyways... I hope you get to feeling better and its nice to see you posting again!!! ;)
 
When you DO finally get some sleep, here's what it'll look like!!! Yep, out cold right in front of the fridge!!!

I decided to start keeping track of what I'm eating on here again, I'm not trying to gain or lose weight, just trying to eat normal :confused: whatever that means, I don't know what normal means, lol which is alittle sad, oh well, I'll do my best.

Sleep last night looked like this: went to bed at 12am, tossed and turned til about 2am, slept from 2am to 3am, woke up played on EF cause I couldn't sleep, went back to bed at 4am, tossed and turned til about 5am, got back to sleep only for theF*ing doorbell to ring at 6am no I didn't answer it. Tossed and turned somemore until about 6:30am then slept until 9:30.

10:00
1/2 grapefruit
1C strawberries
1 tbsp of blueberries
spinkles of stevia
2 fish oil
20g protein powder (1/2 whey, 1/2 casein)


I was up w/ ya! 3 am. Ugh. Nothing more brutal than when your sleep is f'd up. And there's no such thing as "eating normal". At least I haven't found it. :qt:

1:30 *My boyfriend took me out for a late breakfast, haha well second breakfast for me.
2 banana chocolate chip pancakes, sausage, eggs, brown toast, and some fruit.

4:00 to 5:00pm took a nap woohoo :elephant: I actually passed out cold, I didn't even hear the phone ring which is amazing. lol

5:00pm 1/2 muscle milk

7:30pm 2 protein cookies (damn you QT, it's all your fault!!!!) and some carrots

8:30pm fresh veggie juice (spinach, celery, and carrots)

10:30pm warm milk and 2 tbsp of almond butter

Water intake: 4 litres

Note- I'm having a hard time getting any protein down, I can't stomach the sight of meat right now. I'm also going to keep track of my sleeping like I did today, for my reference.

SG and Bunny awww I love the kitties I hope I can knock out like that 1 SG night, lol he looks comfy.

SB lol the sleep police will do nothing for me, but if you see the sandman please send him my way.

No kidding Sassy, it's friggin' torture and the worst part is that my CNS is being affected, when the phone rings it freaks me out and I start to shake, like I'm having a panic attack or something. I really f*ed up my body this year, wow.

Sleep: Went to bed at 11:30, fell asleep at 12:30, woke up at 2 until 3, then woke up again at 6 until 6:30, then woke up at 9. Didn't feel rested at all when again this morning.

9:30 Green apple

10:30 1C strawberries, 2 tbsp blueberries, 1C organic yogurt

12:30 1/2 chocolate muscle milk :p

2:30 2 rice cakes, 2tbsp almond butter, 1 banana

4:30 fresh veggie juice (celery, spinach, carrots)

6:00 protein pasta with tomato sauce (basil, garlic, onions, and mushrooms)

9:00 fresh veggie juice (celery, spinach, carrots)

11:00 glass of milk

Nope... no luck, I am sorry sweetie! But I can re assure you that he WAS NOT hiding at my house either :(
