Check this out ya'll. After my knee injury I took a year off the weights. I dropped to 175. 9 months later I am @ 215 a month after a test only cycle. I am going to take some pics indoors to see if I can get better quality. I would include a before pic, but they are too embarassing. I have been in better shape before the injury, but I think this is good for just 9 months (8weeks on the test).

Not a flame - you could have gotten those gains naturally beofre the test....

what height? I have no concept of weight and what is good without a height reference... and even then very little concept unless it is near my own.

Constrcutively:

Throw a back pic if you have one.....just from quick examination I would say your lats need work, but it is hard to tell.

Also your calves, but then again hard to tell....

If your goals are to gain size...I would lay off teh AS for a year maybe 2, and get bigger naturally....judging from your body type, you have a build that will accept much more mass......

in my opinion you aren't "ready" developmentally for As yet.

But I say that to everyone....usually because it;s true. Anyway you look good.
 
Arms are 18 flexed cold. Thighs are 26. chest is 51, but I am not satisfied at all. I need to do something more like what Big Buck is doing. I have never used anything but test, so I think Dbol or drol is in order. I will stay nat for a good 2-3 months though.
 
Nine months . . . that gives me six more left J/K ;)

I'm 6'3" and 208 and waaay skinnier than that. so I must either have bigger legs, or just really pack the fat on myself.
definitely a good look - not bodybuilder, but healthier looking
