You can "call it like how it is" or any such thing u may wish to say. But it's damn sad to see you say "it figures" in this situation.

What the fuck figures?? They may have thought it was a terrorist attack or something like that. So if the patrons of the club were predominantly white, asian or whatever, in the same given situation, they'd march out in an orderly manner?

It's got nothing to do with color my man. I misspoke mentioning "black" when I should have said "gangbanger". I don't think in any club atmosphere, even a white yuppy one, would people march out in an orderly fashion...

Dude, I've been in these trenches... worked in this nightclub scene for more than a couple years. I in no way ment to imply that BLACK people are more susceptible to stampede than whites... in this situation though, I am familiar with the club, and the antics that go on there on a Sunday night.

It doesn't surprise me in the slightest... except that they were stampede deaths...I would have thought that many people were killed in a gun-shootout... personally..

Yes. I agree. Color had nothing to do with it. Perhaps society and sociological aspects of the city of Chicago... but definately not race.

I don't find that provocative, interesting, entertaining, or thought provoking. THAT, I think, EF can do without. But hey, that's just me.

I agree, whoever the pregnant bitch was in the club, she was just asking for it. Must have been some overweight Latee-sha looking bitch who knew she wasn't getting child support when the little "Darnell' came out so she figured, hey, let me go to a club, maybe ill get punched or kicked or something, that way i wont have the little fucker and have more money for my weaves and 10 inch nails with flamboyant flourescent colors.

you know most those people weren't scared, just like the riots, when shits starts getting crazy and hectic there are a ton of people who feed of of this. I guarantee there were a bunch of people knocking people on the ground and beating them on purpose, just for fun, taking there money and shit. I have seen this many times. just like if the power goes off in the city, all the cops go to the gas stations to make sure no one is gonna rob them. same shit! people take advantage of these situations.
